Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal lays foundation stone of Rs. 7.48-cr Drinking Water Supply Scheme to the Rampur Hydro Electric Project affected seven Gram Panchayats consisting of Bari, Tunan, Poshna, Bahwa, Kharga, Kutwa and Gadej at Brow, in Ani Sub-Division of district Kullu. The Scheme aimed at benefiting 11 thousand populations of 77 habitations of 7 gram panchayats of the area with adequate drinking water facilities.

Chief Minister also laid foundation stone of new building of Community Health Centre at Nirmand, estimated to cost Rs. 104 lakh which would provide better and modern health facilities to the local and adjoining people in the area. Earlier Chief Minister was accorded a rousing reception on his arrival at Rampur Helipad, where hundreds of people accompanied by traditional musical instruments welcomed him. He was also received warmly enroute from Rampur to Nirmand by people of the area who stood in long queues to welcome him. Chief Minister also listened to the public grievances at all the places people presented their representations to him for personal and local developmental requirements.
