Cabinet Sub-Committee seeking opinion from Law department on 85th Constitutional Amendment Act

Revenue Minister Thakur Gulab Singh reveals that Cabinet Sub-Committee has asked for opinion from Law department on the judgment of Supreme Court regarding implementation of 85th Constitutional Amendment Act so that the Act can implement swiftly. He said that the State Government is working toward the welfare of SC and ST. He further said that the opinion report sought from the law department would be discussed in the meeting of the Sub-Committee again, which would be convened shortly.

Members of the Sub Committee Education Minister I.D Dhiman, Irrigation and Public Health Minister Ravinder Singh Ravi, Industries Minister Kishan Kapoor, with Chief Secretary Rajwant Sandhu, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Ajay Mittal and Manisha Nanda were presents at the meeting.
