Bhim Sen, the principal secretary to the Chief Minister is chosen for the chief information commissioner (CIC) of Himachal Pradesh. Bhim Sen is an IAS officer of the 1981 batch and hails from the Chamba district. CIC was in news and few big names were popping up frequently.
