Bhim Sen took oath of the office of Chief Information Commissioner in the presence of Governor Urmila Singh in a ceremony held at Raj Bhawan. Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal was also present on the occasion. Chief Secretary Rajwant Sandhu conducted the proceedings of the ceremony.
