New Delhi: Media Federation of India has honoured Dr. M.P. Sood, the Director of Information and Public Relations, with the award of best PR Director in the country.
The award has been given to him in “10th Media Excellence Awards 2016” ceremony organised in New Delhi. Nihal Chand, Union Minister of State for Chemical and Fertilizer was the Chief Guest.
Felicitating Dr. M.P. Sood for this excellent achievement, Nihal Chand appreciated the efforts of Media Federation of India to promote journalistic values and bring their working in the main focus.
Arun Sharma, the national president of Media Federation of India highlighted the activities of the federation. He said that Dr. M.P. Sood has done commendable work as Director (PR) to promote good practices in PR and effectively worked as a bridge for maintaining cordial relations between Government and media. Shri R. S. Rana, Press Liaison Officer New Delhi received this award on behalf of Dr. M.P. Sood.
Mukesh Agnihotri, Minister of Information & Public Relations has felicitated Dr. M.P. Sood, the Director of Information and Public Relations and his team in the Department for getting national-level award of Best Director (PR) in the Country.
Media Federation of India, established in the year 2006, is a Federation of Journalists and their Associates across the Nation. The Federation claims to work for the welfare of journalists working in difficult situations in the country and recognize their work.
