Unhappy over the limited power of Chief Parliamentary Secretary (CPS), Rajesh Dharmani again resigns from the post. A two-time MLA from Ghumarvin assembly segment in Bilaspur district submitted his resignation to Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

Dharmani said that there was no work allocation for CPS and there was no point in holding on to the post. He said that with meager power in his post, he’s not able to help people and discharging his duties.

Ghumarvin legislature, who is eyeing Cabinet berth, has denied withdrawing his resignation this time.

Earlier in October last year Dharmani had resigned from the post, but he was persuaded by the Chief Minister to withdraw it.
