High Court directs state, UGC, private universities to file reply by Dec 2

For giving admission to ineligible candidates by the state private universities in various courses, the HP High Court has directed the University Grants Commission (UGC), state government and all the 16 private universities in the state to file their reply by December 2.

The order was passed by a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice Kuldip Singh on a request made by respondents where they had sought time to file their respective replies.
