Minister for Transport, Food and Civil Supplies and Technical Education GS Bali announced to set up Kaushal Vikas Sansthan at Nagrota Bagwan. Sansthan would impart training to the unemployed youth for better job opportunities in the private industrial sector and will cost Rs 10 crore.

Cabinet Minister revealed it during the legislator-at-your-doorstep programme. He meets people of Sheerathana, Rajiana and Dahloon villages of the Nagrota Bagwan Assembly constituency.

He said the unemployed youth would be imparted training at the nearest technical institute and they would be given Rs 1,000 per month as unemployment allowance. The minister said Nagrota Bagwan was being developed as a model Assembly constituency and an engineering college would be set up here shortly.

He said five solar lights each would be installed in every panchayat of the constituency. He listened to grievances of members of the public at the three villages. Most grievances were redressed on the spot.
