Himachal Pradesh Government has de-notified Banasar, Pratha and Naraini Panchayats of Dharampur Block, Mangal Panchayat of Kunihar Block, district Solan and Palhori Panchayat of Paonta Block in Sirmaur district as non-backward Panchayats.
