A young girl was found murdered in the nearby jungle of Kharkadi village, near Naina Devi of Bilaspur district. Deceased is identified as Champa Devi (18) of Kharkadi village. It is learned that deceased had gone there to fetch grass for cattle, but when she didn’t return till the late evening, her worried mother, accompanied by other women, went searching for her in the jungle. They found her body in pool of blood. Bilaspur Police is suspecting foul play in it and has registered a case under Section 302, IPC. However till now there is no major breakthrough in this case, but Bilaspur Police has found a big hammer lying nearby deceased body and suspecting it to be used to hit her. Police is investigation in it further.
