Congress leader and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs in UPA Govt Pawan Kumar Bansal blamed state BJP Govt for lack of development in state. He alleged that BJP led State Govt was failed to implement funds, which was awarded from the Center Govt.

While addressing the press conference at Shimla, Minister said that state received crores of assistance from UPA Govt and instead of applauding, it’s blaming Center Govt for biased natured towards hill state. He alleged that most of funds from center Govt were lapsed due to the inefficiency of the Govt. He also blamed Dhumal and his partymen to take credit of center sponsored scheme and by changing name they are trying to mislead people of Himachal.

He also criticized state Govt protest against FDI. He alleged that at poll time BJP is trying to gain some publicity and blamed its leaders for propagating false rumors about it. He claimed that FDI will help apple growers and other agriculturists and will help to rendered good prices of their product.

He slammed BJP and its leaders for maligning Virbhadra Singh’s name. He said that usually ruling party played development card in election but Dhumal Govt has adopted another route to get electors attention by maligning Singh’s name.

Secretary AICC Manish Chatrath, Senior Congress S Singla, Shimla Congress leader and spokesperson Naresh Chauhan were present with other congress leaders at the press conference.
