Himachal youth was arrested with two other youth by Hyderabad Police with half-a-kilo of charas, while selling contraband in the city. Himachal youth was identified as Joginder Singh of Shimla District and was perusing MCA at Alard Institute of Management Sciences. It is learned that accused came to the city nearly two months ago to pursue a software course.
