Spokesman of HPMC said here today that State Government had released Rs. 12.49 crore to HPMC and HIMFED on account of apple procured under MIS during 2010-11 apple season for disbursement of payments to the apple growers.
He further said that funds so received had been sent to respective Regional/Branch Offices of PMC in the field for further disbursement to the farmers. He also requested the farmers to contact the respective HPMC/HIMFED units in the field for their payments.
