Industries Minister Kishan Kapoor is conferred with ‘Manav Sewa Puruskar’ for his contribution in the field of humanity and concern for poor and down trodden. Governor Chhatisgarh, Shekhar Dutt presented the Award in a ceremony organized by Institute of Economics Study (IES) Non Governmental Organization of International repute, in a seminar on Economics Development at India International Centre, New Delhi.
The seminar was attended by distinguished personalities from various parts of the country.
The IES is well known research oriented and awareness promoting organization who had earlier presented Manav Sewa Puruskar to Mother Teresa, Baba Amte, A.R Kidwai, Subodh Kant Sahay, M.C. Bhandre, General J.J.Singh, S.S. Barnala, Lieut General S.K. Sinha, and distinguished parliamentarians, prominent industrialists and leading economists of the country.
