Government has abruptly ceased the tenure of Chief Managing Director of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) Ltd, H.K. Sharma amidst ongoing allegation of financial irregularities. Sharma was appointed in 2005 for a five-year term and was currently serving on an extension. R.S.Katoch, Director (Personnel) in SJVN, has been given the charge of CMD.
