Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal launched the 1st phase of Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign by administering polio drops to the infants in the age group of zero to five years of age at Dharamshala in district kangra today. Later, he administered at Manali and appealed to the parents to bring their children to the nearest pulse polio centre to lay the solid and healthy foundation of their future and help them stay healthy and strong all through their life. He also appealed to the society to sensitise the people about the importance of pulse polio immunization campaign and ensure that no child in the age group of zero to five years of age was left uncovered.
