Manisha Nanda, Principal Secretary, Language, Art and Culture informed that State Government had sanctioned Rs. 18.40 lakh for organizing various National/International, State and District level fairs across the State.
She said that an amount of Rs. 15,000 for District Fairs, Rs. 50,000 for State level and Rs. one lakh for International Fairs had been sanctioned which would be allocated to various districts soon. The State Government was providing funds for holding eight International/National, 13 State level and 26 District level Fairs to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the State.
