Helpline set up in Food and Civil Department

To ensure speedy, quick redressal of grievances of Consumers pertaining to black marketing, hoarding and profiteering in the distribution of foodgrains and other essential commodities by the wholesalers/Fair Price Shop holders under Public Distribution System as well as other shopkeepers, Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department has set up helpline No. 1800 180 8026.

Spokesman of the State Government, this helpline would be operative on every working day from 10 AM to 5 PM. Chander Prakash Jistu, Deputy Director would be the Nodal Officer.
