Factionalism within Congress is coming to fore in Chopal as staunch Congress leader Bhupinder Dogra, who is also a Zila Parishad member from Chopal, mulling to contest assembly poll against party’s official candidate. If sources are believed, Bhupinder Dogra will announce his candidature after official party decision. Dogra has demanded Congress ticket from Chopal, but it’s unlikely that party will change Subhash Manglate from Chopal.
