State Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission has made it clear that Private universities will not be able to carry out admission to various courses after September 10, the last date.

Commission has also directed all private universities to upload details of students admitted for the 2012-13 academic session on their websites by September 15 and submit intimation in writing in the format prescribed by September 20.

The details to be provided for each course include sanctioned intake, number of students enrolled, mode of admission, names of students, university registration numbers and percentage of marks or rank in the entry level examination or common entrance test. In case it is found that a university has carried out admission in violation of norms, action will be taken.
