NSUI supporters were thrashed at Jawalamukhi Degree College on its annual function that was presided over by the Education Minister I. D. Dhiman. NSUI protesters were beaten up by the ABVP activists while they were protesting against the present form of Jawalamukhi Degree College management that is run by the Jwalamukhi Temple Trust. However, police thwarted this scuffle before it could take an ugly turn. The Police has not registered any case, so no arrest was made. PCC chief Kaul Singh condemned the incident and demanded an inquiry into it.
