This 80 km long Theog-Kotkhai-Hatkoti-Rohru road is a national highway with 321 crore World Bank funding that has been upgraded time and again in the past eight years. Apple crop over Rs. 1000 crore is to be transported through this road in the coming month or two. Well, words might fall short to describe its present, dilapidated condition.
