In what appeared to be a case of road rage, two young men last night died in the Panchrukhi area of the Kangra district. Victims were identified as Vasu Katoch of Darukh village in the Baijnath subdivision and Veer Bahadur of Lamblehar village near Palampur.
Police said that nine boys have been rounded up and are being questioned in connection with these murders. The arrested were identified as Atul Dogra, Deepak, Amit, Pankaj Awasthi, Parkash Chand, Sumit Sariyal, Kamaljeet Singh, Tinkle Jarial and Anuj Mishra.
