Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India will inaugurate and deliver keynote address in the valedictory Public colloquium on Fundamental Duty under Article 51A (j) Constitution of India: ‘to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement’ being organized at Multipurpose Hall, Gaiety Theatre, Shimla on 14th July, 2012 at 10.30 a.m.
The colloquium will be presided by Kurian Joseph, Chief Justice, High Court of H.P. and Patron-in-Chief, H.P. State Legal Services Authority. Nine colloquiums have been held to spread a message of awareness amongst students, teachers and citizens about Fundamental Duties by the H.P. Legal Services Authority under the Chairmanship of Justice R.B. Misra, Judge, High Court of Himachal Pradesh and Executive Chairman, H.P. State Legal Services Authority in association with Department of Language and Culture, SEWA and PRSI. The colloquiums have been largely attended and followed by Interactive Sessions.
