Himachal Pradesh Government has extended the term of the Commission of Inquiry appointed to enquire into the issues relating to Benami Land Transactions and issuance of Essentiality Certificates. A spokesman of Government said here today that the period of Commission of Inquiry has been extended from 1st April to 31st May, 2012. The terms and conditions of the Commission of Inquiry will remain same.
