Himachal Pradesh has been adjudged as the best State in the country for overall Infrastructural Development in the ‘State of States Survey’ conducted for assessing overall development during the year 2011, at New Delhi today.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, received the award from Union Finance Minister, Pranab Mukerjee in the conclave organised by India Today Group at New Delhi.
