Bharat Bhawna Divas at Bahra University

It was festive atmosphere in the campus of Bahra University when about 1500 people sang national anthem together exactly at 10.00 am. It was a 30 minutes impressive event which was organised as a part of the initiative by Sahara Group whereby lakhs of people gathered in groups throughout India at 10.00 am to sing the national anthem.

Bahra University joined the initiative of Sahara Group to break the world record of Pakistan, where 42183 citizens sang one national anthem together at same time and same place.

Today, the students and teachers of Bahra University were a part of another initiative of Sahara Group whereby a new world record has been created where maximum number of people of any country ever sang one national anthem together at same time.

In Bahra University MBA & BBA students took initiative to bring all students of all departments together at one place to sing national anthem “together” exactly at 10.00 am.

All Deans and teachers of Bahra University were also present at this historical occasion. During this occasion, CRB Lalit – the registrar of Bahra University addressed the gathering. Bahra University’s Director – Administration, Colonel R S Parmar motivated the students by leading the sloganeering of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Maatram etc.

The event ended at around 10.15 pm with students shouting patriotic slogans.

On the call of Sahara Group, lakh of employees of Sahara India Pariwar sang the National Anthem together at one time, one place to create a new Guinness World Record on its annual Bharat Bhawna Divas. On the initiative of Sahara Group, National Anthem was sung at many places across the Nation. Including regiments of the Indian Army across seven states, many student, schools and corporate organisations sang the national anthem together.
